If you charge the battery in a 0 ℃ environment, it may not be able to charge or be unusable, which is not within the scope of maintenance

3. Batteries can be used up to -20 ℃, but the discharge effect is only about 70%. All batteries on the market will not discharge 100% at low temperatures, unless they are low-temperature batteries, which are very expensive
